The new experimental gameplay of Minecraft 1.11.0 on Android has been subject to major changes, and there are also bugs that the developers already know about and will fix them in the following builds.

While Minecraft 1.10.0 is still being developed, Minecraft 1.11.0.1 already has a lot of novelties about which you will learn right now.

Changes and bug fixes in Minecraft 1.11.0 on Android

There is a new user interface of the village trader in Minecraft 1.11.0.1 for Classic and Pocket UI profiles. Several novelties related to the pillager raids:

• New effects of the base mob for the raid: the effects of Bad Omen and Hero of the Village, which in fact indicate the robbers that they do not like you!
  
• Added a sound horn placeholder in the ICPA 1.11.0.
  
• The sound of an explosion will mark a successful defense against a raid in Minecraft.
  
• New effects of the base mob for the raid: the Bad Omen and Hero of the Village effects, which in fact show the pillagers’ disgrace towards you!
  
• A horn sound placeholder has been added in MCPE 1.11.0.
  
• An explosion sound will mark a successful defense against a raid in Minecraft.
  

Other changes:

• In Minecraft 1.11.0 for Android, the villagers from the existing worlds are now changed into new villagers.
  
• Fixed several bugs regarding the villagers:
  
  1. In MCPE 1.11.0.1, farmers choose their workplaces according to the compost blocks, rather than the farmland blocks.
     
  2. Farmers and librarians go to work properly.
     
  3. The loss of the workplaces after restarting the worlds has been fixed.
     
  4. In Minecraft 1.11.0 for Android, the village buildings no longer generate on top of each other.
     
  
  
• Bugs related to the village have been fixed:
  
  1. In Minecraft 1.11.0.1, all the chests from the village contain loot.
     
  2. Issues related to the placement of the grass and bells have been fixed.
     
  3. The centers of villages from Minecraft are now generated at or above water level so that they do not get flooded.
     
  4. A bug that caused some village elements to be buried underground has been fixed.
     
  5. The new Bedrock version balanced the number of workplaces.
     
  6. Now the animals can reappear in the villages.
     
  7. Fixed rotation of terracotta blocks.
     
  8. In Minecraft 1.11.0, a problem related to the generation of the snow layer has been fixed.
     
  
  
• Illager beasts have been renamed into Ravagers and now they have a lot of opportunities, and you can interact with them in a cool way.
  
• When running, the Ravager destroys blocks around it: Berry Bushes, Dead Bushes, Leaf Blocks, Melons, Pumpkins, Beet, Wheat, Potatoes, Carrots, Stem Blocks, Sugar Cane, Bamboo, Tall Grass, Fern, Lilies, Turtle Eggs, Mushrooms, Flowers, snow, seedlings.
  
• In Minecraft 1.11.0.1, the Ravager also has sounds added.
  
• The Iron Golem is no longer generated outside of its cell in the Pillager Outpost.
  
• In MCPE, the number of outposts has been reduced.
  
• Villagers no longer teleport through walls or get stuck in walls when trying to sleep.
  
• The economy system is still under development, and further features and changes will be added to Minecraft 1.11.0.
  
• Villagers can now make trades. For this they get experience and this in turn opens up the possibility for new trades!
  

A lot of things have been added. Here is the main list:

• Pillager Patrols now generate in the Minecraft world.
  
• Functions for the bunker will be added in the next versions. In version 1.11.0.1 there are no functions yet.
  
• Grindstone user interface, functionality and sounds have been added.
  
• The functionality of the bell has been expanded: now it makes a new sound, the bells ring when the players interact with them, when the bell is pressed with a piston, it breaks, arrows bounce off the bell.
  
• In Minecraft 1.11.0 on Android, the functionality of the campfire has been expanded: you can now cook food, sound and fire particles have been added, if you extinguish them, smoke comes out.
  
• Expanded functionality of the stonecutter.
